We Reduce Our Waste
Hotel Side
  • We use a selection of toiletries made from renewable natural raw materials, with 100% recyclable packaging.
  • We recycle newspapers, magazines, and all other paper.
  • We reuse partially used toiletries—for example, shower gels are collected and repurposed as hand soap for staff.
  • We reduce the packaging and containers of our toiletries (e.g., eliminating cardboard packaging, with products now placed in durable containers).
Restaurant side
  • We collect used cooking oils and food fats.
  • We reduce packaging for our fresh products by favoring returnable or reusable containers.
  • The management of our raw materials and inventory is optimized.
In general
  • We sort paper, cardboard packaging, and glass for recycling.
  • We collect light bulbs, batteries, and printer and fax ink cartridges.
  • We minimize our paper consumption: we print only when necessary and reuse paper
We reduce our environmental impact and preserve biodiversity.
Hotel side
  • We use environmentally friendly toiletries (certified organic essential oils and plant extracts, recycled and 100% recyclable plastic, products not tested on animals).
  • In our wellness area, shower gels and hand soaps are dispensed via pumps to reduce packaging.
  • Our cleaning products are environmentally friendly, non-toxic, or eco-labeled.
Restaurant side

We select seasonal products from local sources (Locavore consumption) and also from organic farming.

We prioritize local suppliers (less transport and therefore lower greenhouse gas emissions).

We offer a selection of wines from organic agriculture.

In general
  • We landscape our garden and the exterior areas of the property with local plants suited to the region’s climate.
  • We minimize the use of chemicals for the maintenance of green spaces.

  • We properly regulate heating and air conditioning.
  • Motion sensors have been installed in several areas to control lighting.

  • We carefully select service providers who are mindful of water consumption.
  • Bed and bathroom linens are cleaned on request; otherwise, they are changed every two days.
  • Water-saving toilets have been installed in several rooms.
Restaurant side
  • Water-saving toilets have been installed in the restaurant restrooms.
  • We also use automatic faucets.
We raise awareness among our staff and inform our guests.
  • Staff are made aware through notices as well as during meetings and training sessions.
  • Guests are informed via information panels installed in the rooms, explaining the hotel’s commitments and the actions they can take during their stay.
  • We encourage guests to reuse their towels and bed linens through in-room signage.
  • Nearly all of our external communication is conducted electronically (e-newsletters).
